My profile image won't upload

Sorry about that but don't worry. We accept all types of images with a file size up to 2mb. If the site displays a set of grey stripes, your image has uploaded successfully.

If that isn't happening, please make sure you have the latest Flash installed. If you can, check how it uploads in another browser, and if applicable, try temporarily disabling any anti-virus or firewall software that's running to see if that helps.
