My payment was rejected, what can I do?

First, please check that your credit card details are correct. If they are fine, it could be your bank blocking the transaction, possibly for fraud protection. The easiest and fastest would be to contact them to see if that's the case. If not, try refreshing the system by entering your card details again by clicking 'Add a new payment method' on the purchasing page, re-entering your details, and tick the box that allows you to change your name so you can re-enter that as well.
