I’ve found some content on the site I find offensive, what can I do?

Remember, what’s acceptable to one person, may be shocking to another. Offensive material is subjective, and we advise if you do see/hear something you don’t agree with that you ignore it and Mute the user who’s uploading it. If you can’t avoid the material because it’s personal and directed towards you, or a certain person, or is likely to cause offence to a broad section of the community (for example, racist or homophobic comments) then let us know and we can take things from there.

As mentioned in our Terms of Use, you must not use the platform to upload any offensive content, (which is down to SoundCloud’s reasonable discretion). We don’t pre-screen content, but we reserve the right to remove anything reported to us that we deem to be unacceptable or is otherwise in breach of our terms of use and community guidelines.
