Any service that sells social interactions, or other forms of promotion on SoundCloud, such as charging users to repost or upload content onto another profile are strictly forbidden. We consider charging for promotion to be a form of unauthorized advertising, which is a violation of the Terms. This means that it is against the rules to charge others for any form of promotion on SoundCloud.

If your account is dedicated to charging for promotion, it will be terminated.
