I created an account but I haven’t received my confirmation email
Confirmation emails are generally sent out instantly. If you haven't received one yet, please try the following:
1. Check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there by accident
2. Add email@example.com to your address book in your email settings. It may be that your email provider has bounced our email confirmation
3. Try again to re-send the email confirmation from your account (this can be done through your Email Settings page)
4. If it still isn't working, check to see if there's a typo in your email in your Email Settings page.
You can also try adding another email to your account where it says "Add another email address". You’ll then get a confirmation email in your new email’s inbox to confirm your account.
