The best way to ensure individual tracks are saved offline with a SoundCloud Go subscription is to add them to a playlist you’ve created or to your Likes. 

From there, save your playlist, Likes, or entire Library offline. Once you’ve added the track to your playlist or Likes, refresh your app by pulling down on the screen to ensure that the newly added track is saved for offline listening.
