Unable to see additional insights with Pro plan

If you have a Next Pro subscription, but your Insights page indicates that you are a Free user, please go to your Subscriptions page and make sure that your Next Pro subscription is still active. 

If your account is on a Next Pro subscription, then being unable to see the additional insights is due to caching on our site. Please log out and back into your account and you will see that the cache has been refreshed and your additional insights are available.
