Unable to see additional insights with Pro plan
If you have a Artist Pro subscription, but your Insights page indicates that you are a Basic user, please go to your Subscriptions page and make sure that your Artist Pro subscription is still active.
If your account is on a Artist Pro subscription, then being unable to see the additional insights is due to caching on our site. Please log out and back into your account and you will see that the cache has been refreshed and your additional insights are available.
