Enabling app playback when uploading a playlist
If you would like to restrict playback of the tracks within your playlist, you can choose to disable app playback. This means that your tracks will only be playable on SoundCloud and through SoundCloud embeds, instead of websites or apps that use our API.
You can restrict playback through the Permissions tab like this:
