If your listeners have a SoundCloud Go subscription, they can listen to your tracks while offline and on the go. The plays when listened offline count like any other plays on your track. Once the listener comes back online, the plays will be included in your track’s total play count. 

Downloads will be reflected in your stats at the point in time the offline listener pressed play, not when they came back online.

Please note: We may be notified of plays up to 30 days after the play happened offline (as there is a maximum of 30 days that a Soundcloud Go subscriber can listen offline without reconnecting to SoundCloud on a 3G or Wi-Fi connection).
