Basic users (free accounts) have a download limit of 100 downloads per track and Artist Pro users have unlimited downloads available for their tracks. You can upgrade to Artist Pro here.

Enabling downloads means that your listener can have a copy of your original file format that you have uploaded to SoundCloud. 

Please note: 

If you receive reports that some users cannot download your content, they must be signed into their SoundCloud account first before the download option is enabled.

Anonymous downloads are not permitted.

Individual tracks

You can enable, or disable downloads for your listeners through your track's Permissions tab.

Multiple tracks

You can enable or disable downloads for multiple tracks at once through your Tracks page.

Simply select the tracks you want to change the download settings for, click the small pencil symbol, and choose ‘Advanced Settings’.

Please note that you can only enable this option via a web browser on your computer.
