HELP CENTER

Reporting abuse or harassment

If you’re having troubles with another SoundCloud member, we don’t want you to feel like you are alone; we are here to help. First, we would advise blocking anyone you don’t want to interact with and avoiding going to their profile.

If this communication is part of a back and forth exchange between you and another person, we’d suggest removing yourself from the conflict first. Then, if this person continues to contact you, you can let us know and we can see what we can do to help.

Due to the sensitive nature of these situations, we don’t accept reports from third parties because we want to help you personally, as quickly as we can. To do this best, we need to hear from you directly. If you are concerned about another person, please ask them to write to us.

Remember that we can only make decisions based on the information we have available to us. This means that we cannot accept reports of activity that happens externally from SoundCloud.

If you would like to report abuse or harassment, please provide us with the following details:

  • Your URL
  • The URL of the account you want to report
  • A brief explanation of the conflict
  • Links to the abusive content e.g. track URLs

If the conflict is via comments or messages, please provide us with screenshots of this activity.
