My RSS Feed Isn't Working
If your RSS feed isn’t valid, it’s usually due to one of the following:
Podcast category not set
Make sure you’ve selected a category for your podcast in your Content Settings. A missing category can cause your RSS feed to be rejected.
Incorrect Subscriber Redirect
The Subscriber Redirect field should be left empty. Adding a URL here will break your RSS feed. This field is only used when switching hosting providers. Remove any URL and save your settings to restore your feed.
Incorrect Stats service URL prefix
Check that the Stats service URL prefix field is empty unless you are using Podtrac or Blubrry. The only valid entries are: http://www.podtrac.com/pts/redirect.mp3 or your Blubrry redirect URL from PowerPress under “Services and Stats.”
Using other links, such as FeedBurner or website URLs, will break your RSS feed. Remove any incorrect URL and save your settings.
Profile image requirements
Your profile image must be 1400 × 1400 pixels. This is required by platforms like Apple Podcasts. If your image does not meet this requirement, your feed may not be accepted.
Still having trouble?
Try manually subscribing to your RSS feed:
Open iTunes, go to File, select “Subscribe to Podcast,” and paste your RSS feed URL. Then try submitting your feed again.
