Your RSS feed and episodes within the RSS feed are not based on your Profile URL, or track URLs, but rather IDs that are attached to your profile and tracks no matter what changes you make to them (such as adding descriptions, changing the names, artwork, etc.).

This means that you can change your profile URL or track URLs at any time, with no consequences.
