There isn't an option to rearrange the order in which your tracks are shown on your profile. You can only rearrange tracks within a playlist.

The tracks on your profile will always be ordered chronologically, based on the first time you made the track public. So the track most recently made public from private will always appear at the top of the stream.

You can always delete and re-upload your tracks in your desired order if you wish to change this.

Otherwise, to add your tracks to the top of your stream, you would have to use the Spotlight feature which comes with our Next Pro subscriptions. That allows you to put up to 5 tracks at the top of your stream, in the exact order you want.
