What to Do If Your Uploaded Track Disappears from SoundCloud

What are the steps for disputing copyright claims, and what information might be required?

If a track has been removed from your profile due to copyright infringement, you should receive both an email and an on-site message notifying you of the removal. To dispute the claim or learn more about the removal, go to your Tracks page here and follow the 'More info' link next to the removed track. Be prepared to provide relevant information or evidence to support your claim that the track should not have been taken down.

How is the upload limit calculated, and how can users upgrade their accounts to increase these limits?

The upload limit on SoundCloud is determined by the total number of minutes your account type allows. If you exceed this limit, your oldest tracks that don't fit within the available minutes will be hidden from your profile. To view these hidden tracks, visit your Tracks page here, where the oldest tracks will be grayed out. To increase your upload limit, consider upgrading your account by visiting the SoundCloud Pro page, where you can choose a plan with higher upload limits and more features.
