Soundcloud Go General FAQs
Can I access the full SoundCloud catalog with SoundCloud Go?
With a SoundCloud Go+ subscription, you can access over 135 million tracks in their full form. This includes all content on SoundCloud, along with offline listening and ad-free streaming. While you can listen to tens of millions of tracks for free, including some from major labels and indies, certain tracks will only be available as 30-second previews unless you have a Go+ subscription. Tracks available under SoundCloud Go+ are marked with a GO+ marker on the top right of the track.
Please note that whether a track is available for free or as a SoundCloud Go+ track is determined by the rights holder.
How many devices can I use with my SoundCloud Go subscription?
You can use your SoundCloud Go subscription on up to three devices simultaneously (this limit does not include desktop use). If you attempt to sign in on a fourth device, you will be asked to confirm the sign-in, and you will automatically be signed out of the oldest session. Tracks or playlists saved for offline listening on that older device will be removed.
Additionally, you can sign in to a maximum of 10 devices within 30 days. However, it’s only possible to listen to your Go/Go+ subscription on one device at a time. If you try to use your subscription on multiple devices simultaneously, you will receive a message stating, "Paused because you started playing on another device."
What does ad-free mean?
A SoundCloud Go subscription removes ad interruptions between you and your music. However, promoted tracks may still appear even with a SoundCloud Go subscription.
A promoted track is different from an ad because it doesn't disrupt your listening experience—you have the option to play it or not. Ad-free means that interruptive ads, such as audio ads or display ads, are removed from your experience on SoundCloud.

Are all tracks available everywhere?
Not all tracks are available in every country. SoundCloud allows rights holders to control where their tracks can be accessed. If a SoundCloud user doesn’t have the licensing rights to release a track in a particular region, it will not be available there. Additionally, some tracks might not be available for offline listening if the rights holder has disabled that feature.
