How do you determine which part of my track to use when previewing the master?

We give this control to you. We think you know best what part of the track will give you the results you’re looking for. Before sending the track for processing, you select a 30-second preview for us to use.

Can I try different sections of my track to see how they respond to mastering?

Yes, you can experiment with different sections of your track. Simply go back to step 1, select a new 30-second segment, and send it for processing. This allows you to compare how the mastering affects various parts of your track, helping you to choose the best section for mastering.

Are there any additional tips for selecting the best part of my track for mastering?

When choosing the 30-second segment, consider selecting a portion that represents the full range of your track's dynamics. This might include a part with both low and high frequencies or a section where the energy builds. This will give you a better idea of how the mastering will affect the entire track.
