I'm having trouble signing in through my Android device
Step 1: Try turning off your internet connection and switching it back on again. (If you’re using data, you may also want to switch to Wi-Fi).
Step 2: Try pulling down the screen to refresh, which hopefully updates the app.
Step 3: If you’re still having problems, try clearing your cache by heading to ‘basic settings’ in the app and selecting ‘Clear application cache.’
Step 4: You may also want to force-stop the app by going to your application manager and clicking ‘Force Stop.’ Then, try reopening the app to see if that has resolved the issue.
Step 5: Finally, you could try deleting and reinstalling the app. This sometimes helps resolve issues.
