You can choose to schedule your release to go live on a future date, or have it go live as soon as possible on each music service. If you choose to schedule your release, it will go live at midnight in each country’s easternmost time zone. For example, if your release is scheduled for March 8th, listeners in the US will be able to access your release at midnight (between the 7th and 8th) Eastern Time, and listeners in the UK will be able to access your release at midnight GMT.
After you create your release you can schedule it by choosing, “Schedule for a specific date,” before clicking ‘Distribute.’ You can select any date that is at least two weeks out. This is to ensure that your release can go through the review process for each music service with enough time for you to make changes if necessary. We’ll inform you by email if there are any requested changes to your release, so please make sure to check your email frequently.
Once you have scheduled and distributed your release, you can edit the release but cannot change the order of tracks or the scheduled date.
