If your release has been removed from a music service, this could be because you have not met one of their requirements. For example, if you used an unlicensed sample or gave your release title a generic name like ‘music for sleep.’
Your release could also have been removed if you deleted the release or a track in the release on SoundCloud, if you terminated your membership of SoundCloud Premier, or stopped paying for your SoundCloud Pro or Pro Unlimited subscription.
Music services retain the right to hide content for any reason; for example, they might hide the content if they find it too generic (a track that has many covers like “Jingle Bells”). Other music services will editorialize their content, so they pick and choose which releases they would like to include.
If you go to your release edit page, you should be able to find out what the issue is. If you’re not seeing the error on the release edit page, please contact support and we’ll take a closer look for you.
