I get the error message "Please make sure you are uploading a valid audio file"
When uploading a track, your uploading page might get grayed out and the uploading will stop as we don't recognize the audio file.
To resolve this, we recommend the following:
- To be on the safe side, make sure your file is exported in .wav or .mp3 and encoded in 44.1kHz and 16bit.
- Also check so the file size is not larger than 4GB and the track can not be longer than 6 hours and 45 minutes.
Make sure the URL of the track doesn't end with a character such as "%" or "&".
You may also want to try a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.) to see if the issue continues.
- Make sure that there are no emojis in the track title metadata or custom fonts.
