Can I change my billing / credit card information?
Yes! You may do so by following these steps:
- Log into your Repost account and click the three dots in the top right
- Head to settings and then subscription
- Update your billing information
I tried to pay for a subscription but the payment failed. What do I do?
If your payment fails, please first check with your bank or credit card company to make sure there are no issues preventing the payment from going through and then try again. If the problem persists, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through chat support, and we’ll look into the issue for you.
Can I get a refund and/or cancel my Repost subscription?
Repost by SoundCloud subscriptions are non-refundable. However, we can cancel your yearly subscription so that it does not renew on your renewal date. Just reach out to us with your account email, date of joining Repost by SoundCloud, and your reason for wanting to cancel.
Do you accept PayPal as a subscription payment?
Currently, we only accept credit and debit cards for subscription payments. However, we are looking into offering additional methods of payment in the future.
