When you purchase a SoundCloud Go or Go+ subscription for the first time, you are eligible for a free trial. You can cancel the subscription anytime during the trial. If not canceled before the trial ends, you will be charged monthly automatically.

Please note: you may see a 0.00 or 1.00 entry on your bank's e-statement after beginning the trial. This amount will immediately be put back into your bank account, as it is simply a validation that the payment details you provided are authentic and are able to be charged automatically after the trial is over, unless cancelled earlier.

Who is eligible for the trial? 

The trial is available only for your first time purchase of SoundCloud Go. Please make sure you have already confirmed your email address upon sign-up before your SoundCloud Go trial.

If you have subscribed to SoundCloud Go in the past, cancelled, and then want to purchase again, you will not receive a trial and will be charged immediately. 

Additionally, the trial is only accessible in countries where SoundCloud Go is currently available. Check to see if SoundCloud Go has launched in your country. To keep up to date on where SoundCloud Go is being released next, check out our blog for more updates.  

The trial offer is not available in Québec, Canada.

How can I cancel my subscription before I am charged?

To cancel your trial, log in to your account and head over to your Subscription Settings on a computer and click the "Edit" button to manage your current subscription.

Please note that it is not currently possible to cancel a subscription via a mobile device.
