Where can I get an invoice after I purchase my Go subscription?
We send an invoice to the primary email attached to your SoundCloud account as soon as you purchase a SoundCloud Go plan. If you do not see this email, check your spam folder just in case it ended up there. If you purchased a SoundCloud Go subscription through the Apple app store on your iOS device, you will receive an invoice to your email from Apple directly.
Alternately, you can also find a copy of your invoice through your Subscriptions page when signed into your account on a computer, if you'd like to print or keep it on file - please note that we do not send hard copy invoices.
Can I change my payment details on my Go invoices?
There isn't a way to change the payment details on your current invoices.
However, you can change the payment details by signing up for the monthly SoundCloud Go subscription again right before the next payment is due. You can check when the next payment is due by signing into your account on a computer and going to your Subscriptions page. You will not be charged twice for SoundCloud Go subscriptions in that case, but we will respect your new payment details for the existing SoundCloud Go subscription.
