SoundCloud has decided to stop selling Next Pro Gifts at the moment. We made this choice to simplify our technical systems, which we are continuously modernising. We’re exploring new ways to give and receive gifts.

I previously bought or received a gift. Can it still be redeemed?

Yes, don’t worry. Gift codes do not expire, so your gift can be redeemed using the link you were sent by email when you bought or received the gift. The link looks like: “soundcloud.com/pro/redeem/GIFT_CODE”.

How can I buy a SoundCloud subscription for someone else?

We’re exploring new ways to give and receive gifts, but we do not provide a direct way to buy someone else a subscription at this time. Until we do, you could give someone the equivalent amount in cash or via Paypal that they can then spend on a subscription.

I wanted to buy myself a Pro gift. Can I still buy a Pro subscription?

No, our Pro subscription is being retired and it's not possible to purchase it anymore.

Can I still buy a subscription with a paysafecard?

At the moment we only accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. We're exploring new ways of paying for subscriptions. If you have a preferred payment method that we do not yet accept, please let us know!

I redeemed a gift code to the wrong account, what can I do?

I purchased a gift. Why haven’t I received an email confirmation?

It can take the email confirmation of the gift purchase about a minute to be delivered. If it doesn't arrive after that time, please check if it's landed in your spam folder.
