If, after requesting a reset of your password, you don’t receive a password reset email, do the following:

1. Check the Spam or Junk Mail folder
2. Search for an email from SoundCloud with a subject indicating a password change request (e.g. "Request to change SoundCloud password")
3. Wait five minutes for the password reset email to arrive
4. Check your other email accounts, if any, for a password reset email
