Reposting tracks or playlists

Reposts are the fastest way to post songs to your Profile page and to share your favorite new discoveries on SoundCloud with your friends and followers.

Click the repost button below any track or playlist to add it to the top of your profile, and share it to the Feed of your followers. To remove a reposted item from your profile, click on its ‘repost’ button again.

It’s only possible to see one post or repost of a specific track in your Following Feed. Initially all tracks are "posted" by a creator in the feed, however, if someone that you follow reposts the track, the repost will be shown at the top of your feed and erase any post of the same track from another user if it's further down in your feed.

You cannot repost your own track, or add reposts to your Spotlight.

Please note: We have on-site limits in place to encourage the growth of genuine, close-knit communities around creators’ tracks. These limits look for accounts which appear to be using features such as following, liking, reposting and messaging in a way other than intended, and can block access to that feature. Read here for more information.
