Reporting tracks on the wrong profile

Sometimes tracks are uploaded to the wrong profile as part of our SoundCloud Go subscription service. This happens when labels and distributors send us content via the supply chain feed, but our system mistakenly attributes it to a profile, or is unable to find the correct profile to map the content to.

 

Reporting tracks on the wrong profile

If you would like to report mistakenly ingested tracks, please provide us with the following details through the contact button below this article:

  • Links to the mistakenly ingested tracks and albums e.g. track URLs
  • The URL of the account these tracks currently appear
  • The URL of the account these tracks belong to
