Manage my SoundCloud for Artists account

How do I connect a SoundCloud account?

When signing up for Artist Pro, you will be asked to provide the SoundCloud account you'd like to use to login. If you have been using our services for a while and do not yet have a SoundCloud account associated with your SoundCloud for Artists Dashboard, you can navigate to the SoundCloud Monetization tab in your SoundCloud for Artists Dashboard and connect your account there.

Where can I update my account information?

Once you are logged into your account, click your name in the top right corner of the dashboard, then click Settings. You can edit account information such as your name, 2FA, PayPal email, account access, and your notification preferences.

To update your email address and password, please go to the account settings for the SoundCloud profile associated with your SC4A account.

Can I add additional users to my account, like my manager?

Yes! To add a new third-party collaborator, simply navigate to the Access tab located within the Settings menu. From there, you can add the collaborator by entering their SoundCloud channel information. Keep in mind that you can only grant access to a collaborator using the SoundCloud channel that they use to log in to their SoundCloud for Artists account. This ensures that the correct account is linked and that access permissions are properly managed.

Please note: Both you and the collaborator must be subscribed to Artist Pro to grant access.

Can I connect more than one SoundCloud account?

Currently, only one SoundCloud account can be associated with your SoundCloud for Artists Dashboard.

Can I change the SoundCloud account I have connected?

To change the SoundCloud account currently attached to your SoundCloud for Artists Dashboard, we would need to cancel and refund your existing account. Once canceled, you are able to sign up for Artist Pro using the SoundCloud account that you prefer. Please note: your new account would not include any data from your previous account.

If I change my SoundCloud URL, will my SoundCloud account be disconnected?

Nope!

What happens if I delete my SoundCloud account? Can I still access my SoundCloud for Artists Dashboard?

Because your SoundCloud for Artists Dashboard is directly linked to your SoundCloud account, deleting your SoundCloud account will also disable your dashboard. Please advise caution before removing your account.
