Manage your subscription details, download invoices, and update your billing information directly from your account settings.
Access your invoices
Invoices are only available through a web browser; they cannot be accessed via the SoundCloud mobile app.
Using a computer, log in to your account.
Select the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
Select Subscription.
Scroll until you see Purchase History.
Update billing information
You can update your billing address and invoice details for future payments. Please note that past invoices cannot be amended.
Go to your Subscription settings.
Select Edit.
Select Manage plan to update your billing address or VAT information.
VAT and B2B exemptions (UK and EU)
Users in the UK or the EU can include a VAT number to claim business exemptions at checkout or by updating their settings.
During sign-up: Select the Add billing or VAT box. VAT numbers are verified in real-time, and any B2B exemptions will be applied at the final checkout screen.
For existing plans: Update your VAT number in your subscription settings. Changes will apply to future invoices only.
PayPal subscribers
If you paid via PayPal, your billing address is managed through your PayPal account, not SoundCloud. To change your billing address or other invoice details:
Cancel your current plan at soundcloud.com/you/subscriptions.
Wait for the plan to expire.
Once expired, visit the Checkout page to resubscribe.
During the new sign-up, select Add billing address to enter your updated information.
Nothing is deleted from your account. Your tracks, stats, and comments will be hidden but saved, and will be fully restored when you resubscribe.
