You can access Member Benefits through Artist Studio once you have an eligible paid subscription.
- Log in to your SoundCloud account.
- Open Artist Studio.

Artist Studio is the most up-to-date source for available offers, eligibility requirements, redemption instructions, and offer availability.
Who can access Member Benefits?
Member Benefits are available exclusively to paying subscribers.
- Artist subscribers: Have access to select Member Benefits.
- Artist Pro subscribers: Have access to all Member Benefits, including exclusive offers not available to Artist subscribers.
- Go/Go+ subscribers: Do not have access to Member Benefits.
Your access to a specific offer may vary depending on your subscription plan, location, and the terms of the offer. Users on a trial subscription are not eligible to redeem Member Benefits.

How do I redeem a Member Benefit?
Each Benefit has its own redemption flow based on the offer and the partner providing it. While the specific experience may vary, all Member Benefits use one of the following redemption methods.
1. Multi-use promo code
For some offers, a general promo code is provided to all eligible subscribers.
When you select the offer:
- The promo code will be displayed.
- Copy or note the promo code.
- Click Redeem.
- You'll be redirected to the partner's website.
- Enter the promo code as instructed by the partner to claim the offer.
The same promo code may be used by multiple eligible subscribers, subject to the terms and availability of the offer.
2. Single-use promo code
Some offers use unique, single-use promo codes.
When you select the offer:
- Click Get Code to generate your unique promo code.
- Copy your code.
- Click Redeem.
- You'll be redirected to the partner's website.
