There is not a way to automatically import your podcast’ episodes from an old provider to your SoundCloud profile at this time.

You will have to manually upload your episodes to your SoundCloud account and make sure that they are automatically added to your RSS feed through your Content Settings page.

In order to make sure that the tracks that you upload are included in your RSS feed, you need to check the option "Include in RSS feed".
