Track not showing in my RSS Feed

If your track isn’t showing up in your feed, it could be due to a few different reasons:

Failed Delivery to your RSS Feed

Ensure that your podcast episode or music track has been properly included in your RSS feed. To confirm this, you can follow these detailed instructions, which guide you step-by-step through the process of correctly adding your content to the feed.

Additionally, you can verify the presence of your track by opening your RSS feed link in a web browser such as Google Chrome. Once the feed is loaded, use the browser’s search function to look for your track title.

Your track is private

If your track is private, it will not appear in your RSS feed. The RSS feed only populates with public tracks. To make your track public and in your RSS feed, go to the track’s edit page and change the privacy settings. You can read more about this here.

Your RSS feed is full

Only 450 tracks can fit in an RSS feed at once time. If you have over 450 tracks in your feed, the older ones will be removed to make room for your latest uploads.

You've exceeded your plan's upload limit

If you're on a Basic or Artist plan, you may have reached your upload limit. Each plan has a set track cap, and exceeding it stops you from adding more. Check your exact limit in the Artist Studio, where your subscription details are shown.

To upload more tracks, either delete some existing ones or upgrade to the Artist Pro plan for higher limits and extra features.

The track was taken down for copyright infringement

Your track may have been removed due to a copyright claim, making it unavailable on your profile and RSS feed. To see blocked tracks, visit your Tracks page.

If you think the removal was a mistake, you can learn how to dispute it here.
