How do I migrate my Spotify collection to SoundCloud?
If you have been using Algoriddim djay previously with Spotify, you can transfer your Spotify library to SoundCloud using Tune My Music:
- Connect with your Spotify account
- Load playlists from your Spotify account
- Select playlists to move
- Connect with your SoundCloud account
- Sign in to SoundCloud
You will need a Go+ subscription to use Algoriddim djay.
If you have chosen your “Liked Songs” they will be transferred to your “Likes” section on SoundCloud. For all other playlists, a new playlist will be created. Please note that these playlists are public by default. This enables other users to find and like your playlists. If you prefer to keep them private, you can change the privacy setting by editing the playlist. If you need some help rearranging your playlists, more information here.
If you are new to SoundCloud and need some help getting started, please see our guide here.
Why are some tracks missing and did not get moved?
Tune My Music has a high match rate when trying to find tracks on SoundCloud. However sometimes tracks cannot be found due to inconsistent metadata or content not being available on SoundCloud. For missing tracks it’s still worth performing a manual search on SoundCloud, link here.
Why can I not mix tracks in Algoriddim?
In order to use Algoriddim with SoundCloud, you must have an active SoundCloud Go+ subscription. More information about the benefits of Go+ or to start your free trial, via this link.
