Play counts and people who played the most
Overall plays for the time period chosen are shown on the upper left hand side of your Insights Overview page.
We do not count self-plays, so if you play a track on your own account it won't increase your plays.
With a Artist Pro subscription, you can receive more in depth information about who is playing your tracks and where.
We show the top 50 listeners for any time period that you choose. This means that your top fans who are signed into their SoundCloud account and listening to your tracks will appear in the Top Listeners section.
Country and city Insights
With a Artist Pro subscription, you can dig deep and see which countries and cities are playing your tracks the most. We show the top 50 countries for any time period that you choose.

Likes, comments, reposts, and downloads in your Insights page
You can see the number of likes, comments, reposts and downloads that you have received during a specific time period on the top bar of your Insights Overview page.
Click through to learn more about which tracks your fans have liked, reposted, commented on or downloaded*, and more information about your listeners with a Artist Pro account.
*From January 2021, your own downloads won't be shown on your Insights Overview page.
Play counts from offline listening
f your listeners have a SoundCloud Go subscription, they can listen to your tracks while offline and on the go. The plays when listened offline count like any other plays on your track. Once the listener comes back online, the plays will be included in your track’s total play count.
Downloads will be reflected in your stats at the point in time the offline listener pressed play, not when they came back online.
Please note: We may be notified of plays up to 30 days after the play happened offline (as there is a maximum of 30 days that a Soundcloud Go subscriber can listen offline without reconnecting to SoundCloud on a 3G or Wi-Fi connection).
Websites and apps in your Insights
With a Artist Pro subscription, you can see which pages on SoundCloud your tracks are listened to the most, as well as other websites and apps. Each list consists of a maximum of 50 items.
