Making music is the easy part, but earning from it is where things can get complicated. The Artist Support Tab is here to help. It's a section on your profile where you can showcase your vinyl releases and let fans back you directly. Fans browse, buy, and support without ever leaving your profile.
The Artist Support Tab is currently available on Desktop Web only. Stay tuned for updates.
Setting up your Support tab
Every artist has a Support tab. Any live vinyl releases shows up there automatically, each with its tracklist and album art pulled in for you.
Managing your releases
The Support tab is yours to shape. You can:
- Add or edit a description for any release, so fans know what they're picking up.
- Hide an item whenever you want, then bring it back later.
- Add something new as your catalog grows.
Any changes you make show up right away.
Your fans only see the Support tab once there's at least one visible item on it. If you don’t have any visible items, the tab disappears from your profile until you add something back.
How fans support you
Fans who visit your profile can back you in two ways:
- Buy your vinyl straight from the Support tab.
- Send a one-time payment through Fan Support if they want to go a step further.
For fans: browsing and buying
When an artist has vinyl to show, you'll see a Support tab on their profile. From there you can browse all their vinyl in one place, with tracklists, descriptions, and album art, and buy whatever you love.
Want to do more than pick up a record? Use Fan Support to send the artist a one-time payment directly from their profile. It's a simple way to back the artists you care about.
