On Android

To sign out of your account from the Android app:

  1. Start by heading to your Profile page. You can get there by tapping the Library icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  2. Once you’re on your Profile page, scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out.

  3. After selecting this option, you’ll see a pop-up message that says: “Signing out removes all downloaded tracks.”

    • This message is specifically relevant for Go or Go+ users, meaning that any music you’ve saved for offline listening will be removed from your device.

If you sign back into the same account later, your music and library will still be there—but you’ll need to manually re-download any albums or playlists you want available offline.

On iOS

To sign out of your account from the iOS app:

  1. Go to your Profile page by tapping the Library icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. From there, tap your avatar in the top right corner (next to the casting button). This will take you into your account settings.

  3. Tap the Account option (located below the Autoplay toggle), where you’ll find the Sign Out button. Once you select Sign Out, you’ll be asked to confirm your choice.

After confirming, you’ll be signed out of your account, and all downloaded tracks will be removed from your device.
