How Do I Change My Primary Email Address?

  1. Go to your Settings Page.
  2. Select the Primary Email: If you have more than one email associated with your account, simply click the 'Make primary' button next to the email you want to set as your primary address.
  3. Verify your identity with a One Time Password for added security.
    • When changing your primary email address, you'll need to verify your identity with a 6-digit code sent to your current email. 
    • Enter this code to confirm the change. This step ensures only you can update your primary email. If you don't receive the code, check your spam folder or request a new one.

How Do I Add a New Email Address to My Account?

  1. Go to your Settings Page.
  2. Add the Email: Enter the new email address in the 'Add an email address' field.
  3. Confirm the New Email: A confirmation email will be sent to the new address. Check your inbox and click the confirmation link to complete the process.

What should I do if I don't receive the confirmation email?

  • Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, the confirmation email might be filtered into your spam or junk folder, so check there first.
  • Resend the Confirmation Email: If you still don’t see the email, go back to your SoundCloud settings and resend the confirmation. You can send a password reset email from your settings page.
  • Verify Email Address Accuracy: Ensure that the email address you entered is correct. A typo could prevent the email from being delivered.

How Do I Remove an Email Address from my account?

  1. Go to your Settings Page.
  2. Remove the Email: Click "Remove address", and then confirm the changes by clicking "Delete"

Note: If you only have one email associated with your account, you won’t be able to remove it. You must add another email address before you can delete the existing one.
