Confirmation emails are generally sent out instantly when you sign up. If you haven't received one yet, please try the following:

Try these steps if you haven’t received your confirmation email

• Check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there by accident
• Add hello@soundcloud.com to your address book in your email settings. It may be that your email provider has bounced our email confirmation
• Try to sign in and if prompted, click ‘resend email’. You may need to go to the Email Settings page to resend the email
• Try signing up with another method like Apple/Google

The magic link in the email does not work?

• The link may have timed out. Try to sign in and click ‘resend email’. You may need to go to the Email Settings page to resend the email.

Why do I need to verify my email?

• To reduce unauthorized account access.
