Fan Support allows your most dedicated listeners to contribute financially to your career, moving beyond plays and likes. Artists receive 100% of every contribution (after third-party payment processing fees).

Artist Setup
When you become eligible, a "Get Started" prompt will appear on your profile.
Follow the link to create an account with Adyen, our secure third-party payment provider.
Once your Adyen account is confirmed, a Support button will automatically appear on your SoundCloud profile for your fans to see.
You can manage your account details or update your information at any time via the Fan Support Dashboard.
Information for Supporters
Supporting your favorite artist is direct and secure:
Amounts: Contribute any amount from $1 to $1,000 USD.
Payment Methods: We support Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Recognition: If your contribution qualifies, you will be featured in the Top Supporters leaderboard on the artist's profile.
Refund Policy: Fan Support contributions are non-refundable to ensure fairness and clarity for creators.
Tracking & Payouts
You will receive a push notification and an email for every new contribution. You can track your funds in the Fan Support Dashboard:
Pending Balance: Support that has been pledged but hasn't yet transferred to your Adyen account.
Available Balance: Funds that have cleared and are ready for the next payout.
Payout Schedule: Payments are sent monthly, provided your available balance has reached the $10 minimum threshold.

We are currently rolling this feature out in stages:
For Artists: Currently available exclusively to artists based in the United States. We are working to expand this to more regions soon.
For Fans: Supporters can contribute from the following regions:
North America: USA, Canada, Mexico.
Europe: UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal.
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
