When you upload a track, it will be available globally by default. However, you can restrict or limit the availability of tracks you upload directly by territory in the Permissions tab within track settings:

1. Go to your tracks page
2. Select the track you want to edit by clicking on the 3 dots menu and clicking on 'Edit.'
3. Click on the 'Advanced settings' tab
4. Scroll down to Geoblocking and choose the availability of your track
